Ellora Coupe, Founder & Director
Ellora believes that the key to driving innovation and increasing the adoption of retrofitting among homeowners lies in embracing diversity and ensuring the inclusion of professional women and women homeowners. Having built a community of over 3,000 women homeowners involved in renovation and construction projects, she believes there is a strong desire to create healthier, more energy-efficient homes through retrofitting. With the right tools and support, she sees retrofitting becoming a normalised part of any renovation project. It created an opportunity to empower professional women in the retrofit industry to meet the specific needs of women homeowners.
